REHEARSALS for the coming extravaganza of barber
shop quartets and choruses to appear in Klamath Falls
April 22 are bringing out the talented voices that draw
capacity audiences to the annual parade. The 13th an
nual show will be presented again in Mills School Au
ditorium. Hera are 28 members of the Klamath Falls.
SPEBSQSA Chorus including, Homer Amoureux, Everett
Ball, director; John Bechen, W. L. Bullard, Melvin Bundy,
Matt Christian, Henry Cofelt, Jess Crabtree, Claude
Davis, A. M. Davison, Reno DeBortoli, Paul Deller, Doug-
las Dondson, Vernon Durant, Bill Evans, Don Evans, Mor
ton Ferebee, Ron Fisher, Earl Hainaker, Charles Hay,
Less Hoback, John Houston, E. M. Igl, Dr. Frank Johnson,
Robert Johnson, H. H. Madole, Dr. E. M. Marsha, Don
Miller, Charles Mortenson, Carl Murphy, Dr. Gerald Nich
olson, Hal Ogle, James Perkins, ( Steve Peters, president;
Olney Rudd, Kermit Sheets, Andy Salini, Robert Smith,
Lyle Smith, Louis Stewart, Hub Stone, Fred Southwell,
Val Swanson, Marvin Thomas, Carl Wilson. Several other
chorus members were not present for the picture.

Private Linda M. Vandendocl,

Falls, completed the typing and
clerical procedures course at the
Women's Army Corps School.
Fort McClellan, Ala.. March 9.
Private Vandendocl received
training in correspondence, filing.
English composition, typing and
Army organization. She also re
ceived instruction in military law
and security.
Private Vandendocl entered the
corps last October and completed
basic training at the fort.
She is a I960 graduate ot Klam
ath Falls High School.

sentenced to five years in the
Oregon Correctional Institution in
Salem Monday morning by Judge
David R, Vandcnberg.
Wayburn, 419 North Tenth
Street, last week pleaded guilty
to a charge of knowingly uttering
and publishing a forged bank
check. He had previously pleaded
not guilty.
The young man was arrested
Feb. 20 after he allegedly cashed
some payroll checks which had
been stolen from Western Pipe
line Co. Police said he cashed
checks in Klamath Falls and Eu
The specific check he was con
victed on was for $257.41; he
alledgedly cashed the worthless
check at Molatore's Motel, 100
Main Street on Feb. 9.
