tect, has been hired to help Rich
ard Person, director of the Mount
Shasta Recreation District, to
make plans for beautifying City
Park.
The announcement was made by
George Thebolt, president of the
district's governing board.
The men will draw plans for full-
scale landscaping to be complet
ed as funds permit.
Members of Mount Shasta Rod
and Gun Club have asked that
the improvements Include a shal
low wading pool suitable for wad
ing or tournament flycasting.
The Golden Gate Angling and
Casting Club management, San
Francisco, has offered assistance
in starting such tourneys.
