Pleads Not Guilty
Jose Antonio Lopez, 32, accused
of stabbing his wife with a pocket
knife during a quarrel in a down
town tavern March 21, pleaded
not guilty Friday afternoon to the
assault charge. Lopez' trial was
scheduled for May 31 at 10 a.m.
by Judge David R. Vandenberg.
