is planning to enter Rufus of Rogue in th e 25th annual field trials sponsored by the
Shasta Cascade Retriever Club April 22, 2 3 and 24. The trials are slated to take place
si tne Klamath Game Management area on Miller Island Road. Rufus of Rogue has
won first, second and fourth place honors in local picnic trials. He won the Hauger
Trophy in 1959 at Klamath Falls. He also placed third in the derby stakes held at the
local picnic trial, Rufus of Rogue won a certificate of merit in the derby stake at the
Rogue Valley Retriever Picnic Trials.
