To draw a horse that's not a shame,
Is simpler than you think, I claim.
Connect the circles and add ears.
Behold, our horse's head appears.
A neck to hold proud head on high
Our little sketch will beautify.
Now erase and we'll have gone
Some extra lines that we had drawn.
An eye, a nose, and mouth he'll need
So he can see, snort, chew his feed.
A bridle add so we can ride.
This horse is anybody's pride!

Two Motoring Games

Here is a game to test your sense of time and
distance. It is best played while motoring but
might be tried on a train. One player is chosen
to start the game. He looks ahead and names
something he sees, such as a horse, a bridge,
a certain store. Then he closes his eyes. When
he thinks the car should be opposite the object,
he opens his eyes and says "Now!" at the same
time. If he is right, he may be IT again. If not,
the player next to him becomes IT.
One Eye
This may be played only after dark while
motoring. Players keep a sharp watch for cars
with only one light showing. The player who
first spies such a car and calls, "One eye!"
scores a point However, if what he thought
was a "one eye" turns out to be a motorcycle,
he loses one point.
