NEW YEARS EVE at the Erie Hamiltons, an evening
looked forward to by a group of longtime friends, was again
this year a festive affair in an atmosphere of elaborate
decorations created by the host. Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton are
pictured at the buffet in the dining room where later a
Rock Cornish hen and champagne dinner was served. By
tradition several couples spend the night to be on hand for
an early breakfast and viewing of the Rose Parade and later
game. Mr. and Mrs. Al Backes, greeted by the hostess, were
I overnight guests. Looking at pictures of last year's party
are Bernice Brett, left, and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Conradi.
Other guests standing back of a lavish hors d'oeuvres table
are from the left, Mrs. Paul Hess, Floyd Wilkes and the
Hamiltons.
