Section 1.
That said plans, specification and
estimate for the improvement of said
portion of said street, heretofore filed
by the City Engineer, be and be same
are nereny approved.
That the Common Council of the City
of Klamath Falls, Oregon, hereby de
clares its intention to improve said
portion of said street in accordance
with the plans, specifications and es
timates as follows:
This project conslsta of paving
Alandale Street from the south line of
Old Orchard Manor to the south line of
narrow Avenue and paving Reclama
tion Avenue from the east line of
Washburn Way to th east line of
Alandale Street.
Pavement will consist of
asphaltic concrete or 8" of port land
cement concrete and will be .18 feet
in width, including concrete curb and1
gutters. I
Included in the project are neces
sary grading, clearing of road-way.
storm drainage, and other necessary
miscellaneous items aa set forth in
the plans and specification.
No sidewalks are to constructed.
One intersection Is included.
Asphaltic concrete driveways will
be constructed to the property line
where required and requested.
Tha estimated cost of all classes of
improvement embracing all work and
materials for the complete Improve
ment of said project for such type
of pavement being as follows:
