will speak on the subject "Formula
for Fortitude," which will include
statistics on temperance.
Dr. Frazee has been executive
director of the Oregon Temper
ance League since 1951. He is a
member o( the Board of Directors
of the Oregon Methodist Homes
and holds many other positions.
He has been cited by the President
of the United States for outstand
ing service in the field of safety.
The public is invited to hear this
speaker, who the First Christian
Bulletin says is "one of the most
sought alter speakers of both re
ligious and civic organizations."
