Drunk Driving;
Pair Sentenced
WEED-George Davis. 46. Oak
land, and Gilbert Blanco. 33,
Weed, were each sentenced by
Kenneth T. Stone, judge ol the
Weed Justice Court to pay a fine
of $336 or serve 67 days in the
county jail on separate charges of
driving while under the influence
ol intoxicants and driving on the
wrong side of the road. Each en
tered a plea of guilty at their
separate hearings
Officers of the Weed police de
partment made the arrests, citing
Davis on Friday night January 23
and Blanco on Sunday night, Feb
ruary 1. Davis paid his (in? this
week and Blanco has choson to
serve the time in lieu ol the
line.
