Don't let this week go by without
JELL-O SUNSHINE SALAD
1 package Lemon Jell-0
'2 tap. Balt cups hot water
1 can (9-oz.) Del Monte Crashed Pineapple
1 tbs. lemon juice or vinegar
1 cup grated raw carrot 'j cup chopped pecans
Dissolve Jell-0 and salt in hoi water. Add pine
apple and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thick
ened. Now fold in carrots and nuts. Pour into
molds and chill until firm. Serve on crisp greens
and garnish with mayonnaise. Makes 6 servings.
