ordinance of the said City of Klamath
Falls, for the construction and lay.

Proposals to purchase said bonds will

Council immediately thereafter; said
bonds shall be dated January 15, 1959,

the entire bonds optional with said
City at any coupon paying date on

at the rate of not to exceed six per
rent per annum, payable semi-annually
on January 15th and July 15th of
