NOTICE OF BOND SALE
Sealed proposals will be received by
the Common Council of the City of
Klamath Falls, Oregon, for the purch
ase of sewer improvement bonds. Se
ries No. 115. aggregating. Seven Thou
sand One Hundred Ninety and 50-100
Dollars ($7,190,501 duly authorized by
ordinance of the said City of Klamath
Falls, for the construction and lay
ing of rewer lines in sewer unit No.
26, of said City and serving, all of
Sunnyland Addition, the south one-half
of Tract 37, and north 200 feet of tracts
32, 26 and 43 Enterprise Tracts: all
in said City.
Proposals to purchase said bonds will
be received by the undersigned up to
and including the 22nd day of Decem
ber, 1958, at the hour of seven-thirty
o'clock p.m. of said day and opened
at a regular meeting of the Common
Council immediately thereafter: said
bonds shall be dated January 15, 1959,
and shall be in amounts of 1300.00 each,
except bond No. 1, of said series, which
shall be for the fractional part of said
sum, and all shall be due ten years
after the date of issue, payment of
the entire bonds optional with said
City at any coupon paying date on
and after one year from the date
thereof. Said bonds will bear interest
at the rate of not to exceed six per
cent per annum, payable semi-annually
on January 15th and July 15th of
each year, principal and interest pay
able at the office of the treasurer of
the City of Klamath Falls. Oregon.
All proposals must be unconditlon
il and accompanied by a certified
check for five per cent of tht proposal.
