MR. AND MRS. JOHN MAZZEI were married in tha
First Lutheran Church in Dunsmuir August 3f. The bride ii
the former Shirley G. Fey, daughter of Ted Fay of Duns
muir. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Sam
Maiiei, also of Dunsmuir. The nawiyweds are at home in
Sacramento whare Mrs. Maiiei is employed by the Crock
er Anglo Bank and he will continue his studies at Sacra
mento State College. The story ran in last Sunday's society
section.

ring ceremony Sunday afternoon,
September ?, when she became the
bride of Warner Charies Asher,
also of Aituras. The Rev. Karl E.
Olson officiated.
Jo Ana chose her sister, Rober-
a, as her mass of honor. Bnaes-
siiaids were Mrs. Joiene Cstdweti
and Yvonne Chandler,
Warner's cousin, Barney Hoyt of
Tuteiake. was best man, and Mar
ty Young and James Porter were
ushers.
The rings were borne by Phillip
Strait, nephew of Warner and Shir
ley Strait, his niece, who C3me
from Sacramento for the oceasioa.
For her aiiar date, Jo Ann wore
a lace and net which was fash
ioned with a nylon lace bodice
wish full skirt of tiered lace and
net, ballerina in length. Her finger
tip veil was attached to a head
piece of seeded pearls. She car
ried a bouquet of white chrysan
themums and maiden hair fern.
The bride's attendants wore flow
er print doited swiss dresses with
full skirts. The irvaid of honor's
dress was pink and the bride
maids' were iavendcr. AS! wore
wide brim organdy hats to match
their dresses and their sweet pea
bouquets matched the colors of
their Crocks.
Jo Ann entered the sanctuary
escorted by her father who gave
ner away.
A pmk silk floral print afternoon
frock was worn by the bride's
mother. Her accessories were
white.
Mrs. Chris Starr, soloist, was
accompanied at the organ by the
inaesroom coussn.

MRS. SCOTT HARTLEY was honored at a miscellan
eous shower at the Bonania Library August 26 at 8
o'clock. Hostesses for the party were Mrs. John Brown,
Mrs. Lea Davis, Mrs. Howard Kelleson, Mrs. Bob Ross,
Barbara Warner, Mary Ann Leavitt and Naneie Givan.

Mrs. Hartley is the former Jeanine Westman, daugh

Scott were married in Reno in July and make their home
