Council of Camp Fire Girls Camp,
located 35 miles from- Klamath
Falls at Camp Esther Applegalc,
Lake of the Woods, will be open
for the ID.ifl season, July 6-27 for
the l!Mh season.
Registration opens immediately
for all Blue Birds, Camp Fire
Girls and Horizon Girls who are
members of the council. Blue
Birds may register for any or all
sessions. OuL-ot-council Camp Fire
Girls and nonmembcrs may reg
ister for attendance if space per
mits alter regular members have
registered.
A deposit of $5 is required for
each session and is not refund
able. The balance of the camp
tee must be paid at the Camp
Fire office before going to camp.
Mrs. Lawrence ( Naomi French
will serve as comn director and
will be assisted by a staff of
women and college girls selected
for leadership and skills. A ration
of one counselor to eight or in
girls is maintained. Mrs. Robert
L. Smith is council president.
A registered nurse is on duty
24 hours a day and lifeguards are
present al all times.
Camp Fire Day Camp will be
held at Moore Park .hine 24-27
from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Transporta
tion by chartered bus is provided.
Day Camp director is Mrs. Quin
cy f Dollie Moore. Registration
blanks and (urthor information
will be distributed to all girls in
Klamath Falls schools during this
month.
