150,000 board feet of timber
on Bureau of Reclamation land
on the west side of Klamath Lake.
The actual appraisal and disposal
of the timber was done by the
U. S. Forest Service including
marking, scaling and handling of
all arrangements on a cooperative
basis.
There were three bidders with
Francis Brown being high bidder
with a bid of $40.10 per
thousand. There weVe 38 raises on
the bid throughout the bidding with
the competitive bidders conceding
to Brown at his bid of $40.10.
