HOW NOT TO .TINKER
PORTADOWN. Ireland UP)-
Police hoped today that 13-year
old Brendan Bailey won't develop
a complex over his lack of me'
chanical aptitude. They said the
boy found a bomb on a beach,
kicked it around the street,
opened it with a can opener and
prodded its workings with a red
hot poker. He never did get it
to go off.
