NOTICE Or STREET VACATION
Notice is hereby flven. that the Com.
mon Council of the City of Klamath
Fall. Oregon, at its regular meeting
March. Jo til 1M6, adopted a resolution
declaring on tu own investigation and
initial ion: its intention to vacate that
part of Streets and Allevs ia the City
of Klamath Tails, Oregon, described
as fU-t. to-'.vit:
That portion of Oregon Avenue. In
aid City: beginning at the not tlieast
corner of Lot 1, Block 47. In Bue:ia
Vista Addition to the City of Klamath
Falls, Klamath County, Oregon; there
northerly on a line at right angles
to the southerly line of Oregon Avenue
20 feet to the beginning of a 20 foot
radius curve to the left: thence north
westerly along the arc of said curve
to the end of said curve: thence north
'westerly on a line parallel to and 40
feet northerly from the southerly line
of Oregon Avenue to the beginning of
a 20 foot radius curve to the left; said
point of beginning being eesteriy 20
feet from a line drawn northerly at
ruht angles to the southerly line of
Oregon Avenue at the northwest cor
ner of Lot 1, Block 40. In said Buena
Vista Addition; thence southwesterly
along the arc of said curve to the
end of said curve: thence southwest
erly 20 feet to the northwest corner
of said Lot 1. Block 4u; thence along
the southerly line of Oregon Avenue
to the point of beginning; excluding
the intersections with Yale Street and
Harvard Street with Oregon Avenue:

That at a regular meeting of said
Common Council to be Held tne 7th
ay of May, 1956. at the hour oi 7:Q
o clock P.M. thereof, in the Council
Room of the -City Hall for said City,
a public hearing will be held on said
matter, at which any objections or
remonstrances which may be made in
writing and filed with the Police Judge
of said City will be heard and consid
ered, and at which the public may be
heard.
'ihis notice Is given by order of the
Common Council of the City of Klam-
ath Falls. Oregon, expressed in the
anove described resolution.
