"PINK CATTLE DREAMS," was the original and utterly
charming theme carried out by the sponsors and members of
Theta Theta Rho Girls Club No. 8 when they danced on March
2 to the music of the Starlighters at Reames Golf and Country
Club. The dance floor was a castle with a palm and flower
encircled pool beneath the balcony. Lighted water lily and
camelia candles in shades of pink and white floated on the
surface of the pool. Miniature castles decorated the walls.
Patrons and patronesses for the Spring formal were seated, left
to right, Mrs. A. L. Nybaclc, mother of Sandra Nybaclc, presi
dent of the hostess club, Mrs. Robert Lanti, Mrs. N. S. Hep
burn, Mrs. Frank McCornack, Mrs. George Blanos, worthy ad
viser of the club, Mrs. Roe kickman and Mrs. Harold O. Horn.
Standing, same order are, A. L. Nyback, father of President
Sandra, Robert Lantz, N. S. Heoburn, Frank McCornack,
George Banas, Charles' Leib, Roe Rickman and Harold Horn.
Mr. and Mrs. George Blanas sponsored use of Reames and Mr.
and Mrs. Nyback were responsible for the flowers for the event.

PRETTIEST FORMALS were worn by new initiates of
Bethel No. 6, Job's Daughters for the official visit of Mrs.
Velma Green, grand guardian of International Order of Job's
Daughters for the state of Oregon who was here for the
February 2? initiators meeting. Mrs. Green's home is in Port
land. The meeting was held in the Masonic Temple. Front row,

SPRING ACCENTS in a profusion of floral arrangements backgrounded the annual silver
benefit tea sponsored on February 29 by the Woman's Society of Christian Service of the First
Methodist Church, Klamath Falls. The tea, which benefits the Methodist Home for the Aged at
Salem and the doll show, drew several hundred guests from all parts of the Klamath Basin.
Pouring at the attractively appointed table was seated, Mrs. John Yadon, president of the
WSCS. Others who assisted with the arrangements were, standing, left to right, Mrs. Everett
Dennis, member of the state board of directors for the Methodist home, Mrs. Dallas McNeil,
wife of the pastor of the church, Mrs. Marion Lehman and Mrs. Arthur Farr, co-chairmen of the
tea committee.

MR. AND MRS. ROBERT I. PLASS whose nuptial vows
were exchanged in the Chapman Parle Hotel, Los Angeles. The
bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Plats, 827 Mitch-
Street, this city. The new Mrs. Plass is the former Josephine
Sterns, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. Sterns of Los Angeles. A
reception in the hotel followed the candlelighted, double ring
ceremony. Vernon Hunt, Klamath Falls was best man. Also
going south for the ceremony were Roxann Plass, Mrs. Dale
Cheyne, Portland, sisters of the bridegroom and Mr. and Mrs.
Ross Arent, Medford, close friends of the family.
