Oregon and Alaska will share in
a new batch of Salk anti-polio vac
cine the U.S. Public Health Serv
ice released to the stales and

tributed, boosting the amount al

School, was judged the best written by 20 eighth grade and
45 seventh grade students in a recent contest. He is the son
of Mr. and Mrs. Bruitr Smith. His father owns the Frontier
Motors in Dorris. He wrote the narrative which , will be sub
mitted in other contests in an English class taught by Kenneth
Edwards.
