lamily cookbook. Kesuu is an An
gel Food Cake that bakes high and
light and with a yummy crust and
flavor all its own.
Dromedary received the rights
to the Angel Food Cake recipe
used in this mix in return for its
support of the restoration and en
dowment of that historic home now
owned by the Girl Scouts of the
USA, a member organisation of
the National Trust for Historic
jPr;rvation.
Once again. Dromedary .is mak
ing history with, another historic
a-ecipe. Watch for it in -January
on your grocer's shelves.

E SCALLOPED POTATOES
Next time you scallop potatoes,
add a can of chicken fricassee and
you'll find yourself with a grand
solution to the old problem of find
ing a new touch for an old stand
by. Remove chicken from 1 can
(114 cups) chicken fricassee. Dice
chicken and mix again with fricas
see gravy. Layer S cups of thinly
sliced potatoes (6 medium pota
toes), chicken fricassee, 4 diced
pimiento, and 2 tablespoons minced
parsley into a buttered 2-quart
casserole. Add "a teaspoon salt,
dash black pepper and ! cup wa
tts". Stir to moisten potatoes. Cov-
ev- and bake in a moderate oven
1 375 degrees) for 1 hour. Makes
four generous servings.
