The plan was announced Wednes day by J. P. Weyerhaeuser Jr., Tacoma, president of the company. The stock has a par value ol $25 and the new shares would have a Par value of 17.60 each. The stock Is selling for approximately $iso on the market. Directors voted to pav a fourth quarter dividend of 83 cents a share and a year-end extra divi dend ot sl.60.
