The bride is the daughter o!
Mr. and Mrs. I. E. Tausch of
Dunsmuir. She attended local
schools and is presently an em
ploye of the California Theater.
For her wedding, she chose a
princess style afternoon dress and
wore a corsage of tea roses. The
Rev. James Casey officiated a,
the ceremony.'
The bridegroom Is the son of
Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Schuler, now
of Orovllle, California, who for
merly lived In Dunsmuir.

Klamath Falls City Library November 12, to share in the'
library's 50th anniversary year celebration. Yellow was the
featured color in the autumn shades used In he Golden
Anniversary decor.

from Klamath Falls.
In the focal point, was graduate
regent, Ruth Chapel, Klamath Fails
Chapter, who was given recogni
tion for her successful term as
senior regent last year.

DUNSMUIR An heirloom cake
knife tied with a satin bow was
used by Mr. and Mrs. Lee Rhyne
to cut their wedding cake at the
reception following their marriage
in the Assembly of God Church
in Dunsmuir on October 16.
The bride, Carol Perkins, prior
to her marriage, is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Perkins
of Dunsmuir. she was given in
marriage by her father. The Rev.
William C. Ross was officiant.
The bridal gown was of white
brocade satin with sweetheart
neckline and three quarter length
sleeves. She wore a fingertip veil
and carried a bouquet of pink
rosebuds set in white satin with
white satin streamers.
Arches of silver sprayed fir
boughs and silver wedding bells
were placed at the church en
trance and at the altar.
Lois Ross, organist, accompan
ied June Wright, who sang "Be
. cause" and "I Love You Truly.'
Mrs. June Porter, wearing a rose
taffeta gown and carrying yellow
carnations was matron of honor.
Aaron Richardson was best man.
Ushers were Charley Dickerson
an Harry Anderson.
Mrs. Perkins wore a beige dress
with avocado accessories for her
daughter's wedding. Mrs. R. H.
Lewis, mother of the bridegroom,
wore a light blue wool suit with
pink accessories. Both mothers
had yellow rose bud. corsages.
The reception was held in the
church social rooms, where the
three-tiered wedding cake cen
tered the refreshment table which
was decorated1 with autumn leaves
and silver boughs. White candles
in silver candelabra completed the
decor. Mrs, Charles Dickerson as
sisted in serving the cake.
The bride attended Dunsmult
schools; and her husband went to
school in Mount Shasta. He re
cently completed three years serv
ice with the U.S. Marines.
Southern California was the
choice of the newlyweds for
their honeymoon trip. '

day afternoon, October 13. when
members met at the' ranch home
of Mrs. Ira F. Orem for an In
structive and enjoyable afternoon.
At the business meeting conduct
ed by president, Mrs. William
Brewer, plans were made for the
successful, silver tea which was
held in the CI clubhouse Thurs
day afternoon, October 27; rou
tine business was transacted, re
ports heard and other details dis
cussed. Mrs. Raymond S. Loosley con
ducted the study hour, reading a
chapter from the current - book
study, "God's Psychiatry."
At the close of the meeting and
study hour, Mrs. Orem served re
freshments to Mrs. William Brew
er, Mrs. Richard H. Wilson, Mrs.
Lloyd Nicholson, Mrs. Bert Gray,
