Three Compete For Grass Title
Klamath County's Grassman of
the Year will be chosen next week
end, a spokesman for the county
agent's office said today.
Candidates will be judged on Fri
dny and Monday, and the winner
will be entered In the statewide
Qrassman of the Year contest spon
sored by the state chamber of com
merce. Entrants are winners from each
of the three soil conservation dis
tricts in the county. The contest
was open to all comers, but only
the district winners elected to par
ticipate, the agent's office said.
