NEVER TOO YOUNG for fashion, this little platinum blonde
flaunts a plaid torso dross with a shoulder-to-shoulder pilgrim
white collar. The dress is washable, of course, and carries the
Sanforized label which means it won't shrink out of fit in re

BRUSH CARE
The purpose of a household brush
is to gather and hold dust. To
serve its purpose well. It must be
kept clean by frequent washings
with hot water and soap. After
rinsing, shake the brush well. If
the bristles are twisted In wire,
hang it to dry; if they are set in
wood, dry the brush with the bris
tles down.
MEAT SAUCE
Here's a sauce that's fine with
ham or tongue. Melt Vi can or a
glass of cranberry sauce over hot
water. Mix in cup prepared
mustard. If you prefer, substitute
currant Jelly for the cranberry
sauce.

Dessert
1 1 & Jpww-
DOMINO FANCIES are impressively elegant spur-of-the-moment
desserts. Made from ingredients that may well be present
in everyone's kitchen, they art a combination of coconut
cream instant pudding mix, a square of unsweetened choco
late, crisp chocolate wafers. Of course, if the prettiest sher
bets and plates in the house are used and flowers or fruit
gathered together into' a centerpiece, the over-all effect can
be doubled. Photo and recipe courtesy of Jell-0 Instant Pudding.
One of the two or three all-time
favorite dessert of America is now
Just as good for children (and for
adults, too) as It Is popular. Gelatin
In all the familiar strawberry, rasp
berry and other flavors is now on
the market fortified with vitamin

Developed by Royal desserts, the
new fortified gelatin desserts are
particularly Important because vi
tamin O is not stored In the body
to any great extent and therefore
the one vitamin which should be
included In everybody's daily diet.
A single serving of the new Royal
gelatins gives a child more than a
third of his daily minimum vitamin
O requirement and gives an adult
a fourth of his needs.
Like all fruit gelatins, the new
Royal gelatins can be served plain,
or be used for a base In preparing
fancier desserts and salads. Gel
atins are the base for so many
good American desserts the
