IDRO BONOTTO (The former Eda Lasagna I Photo by Guderian Greenbank-Larson Nuptials Mark August Social Calendar TULELAKE The Tulelake Community Presbyterian Church was the setting (or one of the prettiest weddings of the year on Sunday, August 21 when Joyce Elaine Larson became Uie bride of Harvey Greenbank. Both young people are from well-known Tule lake families. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Hlldur Larson. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Greenbank. The double-ring ceremony was Tead at three o'clock In the after noon by the Rev. Marvls Keyser before an altar banked with bas kets of orchid and whlto gladioli and lighted with orchid and white tapers - In ' cathedral candelnbra. Alternating pews were marked with clusters of white glads tied with yellow, orchid and green satin bows. , , - ; The traditional bridal music was oy Mary Ann Kelleher at the organ.. Nove 11 e Dahle, sang "Through The Yeats," "The Wed ding Prayer" before the service end tlte .'"Lord's Prayer" as the vows were taken. The irlde was given in marriage by a young nephew, nine-year-old Bobby , Vance, Vancouver, Wash ington, ton of her brother, the late Eldon Larson. Her gown of heavy Ivory satin was made with hip length bodice, draped otf-the-shoulder laco-edged bertha and sheer yoke. A full train fell from' the pointed hipltne. Her abovc-the-clbo'A mitts matched the frock. Her veil, fingertip length, was gathered to a tiarn of satm, seed pearls and rhinestonos. She carried a whlto orchid and stephnnolis tied whlto satin ribbon streamer, on a white prayer book. Mrs. John Bowman, Turlock, California, sister of the bride, as matron of honor woro an orchid chryslaletle frock, waltz length with headband of matching mater ial. Bridesmaids, Mrs. Durrcl Wal den, Rutlr Unlloway and Patty Baker, all of Tulelake, wore iden tical frocks in pale green. They tunica arrangements 01 carna tions In crescent shape. Douglas Vance, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Vance. Vancouver, Washington, carried the ring on a white satin pillow. Bud Greenbank, brother of the bridegroom was best man. Ushers were Jack Ayres, Klamath Falls, Bill Mllllgan and Durrel Walden, Tulelake. Candlellghtcrs were Carol Hedington and Betty June Greenbank, of this city. Mrs. Larson chose aqua linen with navy accessories for her daughter's wedding, worn with a pink rosebud corsage. Mrs. Green bank wore a blush pink frock and hat with pink roses at the shoulder. A reception In the church annex followed the ceremony. The new Mr. and Mrs. Green bank cut the first piece of their orchid and white garlanded, four tiered wedding cake- before leav ing for the honeymoon trip to southern California. Louise Carrol carried the guest book. Nancy Young and Judy Main assisted at the gift table. For traveling, Mrs. Greenbank wore a charcoal gray cotton with pink accessories and the orchid from her wedding bouquet as a shoulder corsage. , . Joyce was graduated from tile Tulelake HlRh School: Stockton Junior College with an A. A. de gree; and from Chlco State Col lege with an A.B. degree. Her husband served three years with the armed forces, part of the time In Korea: and will attend OreRon Technical Institute this fall. They will make their home in Malln. VOWS EXCHANGED IN PASTOR'S HOME MA LIN The home of the Rev. Brewster Adams, pastor of the First Baptist Church In Reno, was the setting lor the marriage of Conard Shults, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Shults, Malln, when ho married Carol Walker, daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. Llovd Walker. 2414 Wantland Avenue, Klamath Falls. The bride's mother and the bridegroom's parents drove to Reno Saturday, August 27, to witness the 10 a.m. ceremony, Sunday, Au gust 28. A. Lasagna, 2030 White Ave nue, became the August bride of Idro Bonolto, son of Mrs. Dlomira Bonotto, 2020 South Sixth 8treet. The Rev. Timothy Collins read the service at 2 p.m. The bride's cousins were her attendants, Clara Cabella, maid of honor; and Sil via Cabella, bridesmaid. Best man and ushers were all brothers of the bridegroom. Al bert, best man; and Alfred, usher, from Klamath Falls; and Leo, usher, from Gold Beach. The bride, escorted to the chan cel rail by her father, wore a dress of white nylon and lace with a full skirt with touches of lace applique. A snug crown of net held the fingertip veil, and she carried a bouquet of gladioli and stephanotls. A single strand of pearls circled the neckline of the net yoke on her dress. Her attendants wore dresses of the same pattern, the maid of hon or in pink and the bridesmaid in aqua crystalette, ballerina length, with matching floral head pieces. The bride's mother wore rose beige lace and her corsage was of deep red roses. The mother of the bridegroom chose a navy blue en semble, and her corsage was of white roses. Eda is a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy; and her husband was graduated from KUHS. Doris Hefley. organist, played for the wedding. The reception was in the Sacred Heart Parish Hall. Out of town guests included Mr. and Mrs. Nate Lasagna. aunt and uncle of the bride, Portland: Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bonotto, brother and sister-in-law of the bridegroom, Gold Beach: and Mr, and Mrs. Mario March!, Weed. The couple is at home, 2137 Orchard Street. SHOWER WEED A layette shower In the lawn patio of Mrs. Cliff Mat thews' home honored Mrs. Rus sell Pangburn August 16.
