Prices on steers varied from 27
cents for pens of animaia to the
top for the grand champion. Hoe
prices fluctuated from 26 cents for
a pen of three to the top, 165.
Variation in sheep puces was
from 31 cents to $310.
Seventy six head ot beef totaled
8,345 pounds in weight and
brought an average- of 36 cents
per pound or $321.98 cents per
head. Total beef sales were $24,-
470.25.
Fifty eight hogs weighed in at
31,340 pounds sold lor an average
of 39 cents per pound or $75 52 a
head to total the sales at I4.3B0.30.
Exhibitors entered 101 heud of
sheep weighing 9,665 pounds that
cold for an average of 45 cents
per pound or tl3.10 cents per head
for a total of $4,361.15.
Three light sifted hogs, weighing
460 pounds, went for 17 cents per
pound or $78.20 to bring the sale
up to the grand total of $33.289.90.,
Maximum weionis on animais

pounds for sheep entries and 1,000
pounds on steers.
