The bride is the daughter of
sir. and Mrs. Percy Dixon; and
the bridegroom is the son of Mr.

ley. Donna, escorted by her fath
er, who gave her In marriage,
was lovely In a white gown of
French embroidered tulle over taf
fcta; the lilted bodice and shrug
bolero were of taffeta; and em
broidered tulle with a wide ruffle
of the pluin net were gathered Into
the full, floor length skirt. Her
iingcrtip veil ol lace -edged net
was borrowed from a cousin, Mrs.
Russell Fauchild.
Donna wore the .traditional blue
garter, lucky coin and for the
"Old" a pair of heirloom car
rings that belonged to the bride
groom's mother, she carried an
arrangement of white chrysanthe
mums and stcphanotls on a small
white Bible.
The matron of honor and brides
maids all more emerald green taf
feta dresses; wlih ballerina lengih
skirls wilh bustles, and low necked
princess bodices.
Matron of honur was Mrs. Mer
rill Bond, bride's sister. She car
ried n bouquet of bronze chrysan
themums and wore a harmonl.

ly 100 was, given in honor of Juli
ette Gordon Low, founder of the
Girl Scout movement in this coun
try. Centerpiece of the table was
a profusion of fall colors, yellow to
terra cotta. carried out with chry
santhemums. Mrs. James W. Ptn
nlger and Mrs. Elmer Hamden
poured.
Mrs. Walter Bcar.e, chairman of
the tea .committee, was assisted by
Mrs. R. p, Elllngson, Mrs. George
Clark. Mrs. John Fowler and Mrs.

the Masonic Temple November 5
for a delightful dessert luncheon,
