will be held in the Klamath Irrigation
District on November 8. 1054 ti deter
mine whether the Board of Directors
hall be authorized to enter into a con
tract between the United States and

of certain of the works of the Klamath
Project. U.S.R.S. and assumption oi con
tracts of the United States to carry and
deliver irrigation water to this and oth
er districts and users of water through
aid works.
Said contract is supplemental to ex
isting contracts between the United
States and said District and the con
atruelion cost obligation ol the District
to the United States as established by
said previous contracts Is not affected
