Ex-President Hoover Says He'll Aid OOP Campaign

Former President Hoover says he
will be "glad to help in any way
I can" in Republican political
campaigning between now and the
November elections.
He was completing a round of
visits in his-native Iowa today.
They began yesterday in his
birthplace at the nearby village of
West Branch, where more than
10.000 people gathered to honor
him on his 80th birthday. After
the "birthday party," he flew to
Mason City and was scheduled to
