DR. MAX ZIMMERMANN became Blitz WeinKar'd
brewmaster early in 1954, after two decades of brew
ing experience in Europe and America. Before coming
to Blitz Weinhard, he was for 5 years Technical Direc
tor of one of the nation's largest breweries, located in
Milwaukee. In that capacity, he was responsible for
