tive background for the ceremony.

fine pleated tulle. The full hem
line extended into a chapel train.

The newlyweds left after the
wedding for a honeymoon trip in
Idaho and Washington; and will
start their housekeeping on the top
of Walker Mountain in Northern
Klamath County, where Epley will
be forest lookout this summer.
They will return to Portland this
fall where he will, resume his
studies at medical school.
The senior Epleys and daughter,
Alexandra went to Buhl for the
wedding: and will spend some
time visiting friends and relatives
In the Basin, beforo returning to
Long Beach.

mate at Portlaiid Dental College.
Don and Chris also served as
candle lighters.
Arlene's mother. Mrs. Elmer
Lemler, chose a two-piece navy
blue ensemble- for the occasion,
worn with navy blue accessories,
and a pink rosebud corsage.
Mrs. F. E. Trotman wore a two
piece navy blue faille ensemble
with white accessories and her
corsage was also of pink rosebuds.
Immediately following the wed
ding, the young couple greeted the
guests at a reception In the social
parlor adjoining the church.
The lace covered refreshment
table was centered with the four
tiered white wedding cake, decora
ted with pink roses, silver leaves
and topped with a miniature bride
and bridegroom. After Ronnie and
Arlene had cut the first slice, Mrs.
W. O. Brlckner and Mrs. R. C.
Burleigh Sr.. served the confection.
Mrs. Lena Buck and Mrs. Robert
Trotman presided at the two cof
fee services; Mrs. Troy Quails and
Mrs. Roy Beasly were at the punch
table. Mrs. Hilton Wilson reg
istered the guests, and Frances
Barber assisted about the room.
For travel, Arlene wore a white
suit with pink and navy acces
sories, and her bridal orchid pinned
at the shoulder. The couple will
spend ten days In California, and
return for a short stay before go
n g to Portland to reside while Ron
nie completes his final year at the
Portland Dental College. Their ad
dress in Portland will be 3336 SE
Seventh Street.
The bridegroom fs a graduate of
Merrill High School and Oregon
State College. His bride was also
graduated from Merrill High and
attended Lewis and Clark in Port
land during the past year.
