convention.
The council will atari 111 regular
quarterly meeting here next Mon
day to atudy and consider resolu
tions on such problems as unem
ployment, ponding legislation In
Washington, and Elsenhower ad
ministration policies.
Also to be considered next week
will be the pending "no raiding"
agreement between the AFL and
CIO. This Is similar to the AFL'a
own "peace" plan for Intral-AFL
rivalries.
