San Antonio, Texas, hu served as
eupenntendent' of the Texas
Mexican District of the- Church of
the Naearene sinew IK. He heads
the Spanish-speakine; churches of
this area, which comprises parts of
Texas and Mexico.- .
Prior to his superintending posi
tion, the Rev. Howard was a mis
sionary for his denomination in the
Cape Verde Islands for is years.

six or the islands in the Cape Verde
Group.
Mrs.- Howard accompanied her
husband In his missionary work an

Because of Mrs. Howard's ill
health, the family, including two
daurhters, returned to the United
States in 1W1.
The Howards' visit in Klamath
Palls will be one stop on a tour

because two Ontario men reported
they found uranium-bearing reek

there is not enough uranium In
the rock to be of commercial
