Boxy Jacket New Leader
In Spring Casual Styles
Softer sports suits, many new
(ports costumes and a gcneinl
feeling of youth and vigor typify
this season's separates. This
spring's fit is more pronounced,
softer and rounded. Shoulders are
low and there is pretty top detail
In sportswear the boxy jacket, is
leader; hut even the box gives a
suggestion or nipajntr at the waist.
Coming up In the fashion forefront

The barrel Jacket looks new In
lightweight pastel-colored fabrics.
All are cropped short and take
well to ensemble combinations.
The newest skirts are full all
round pleated or with six to eight
gores and lined with taffeta tor
flare. Most skirts are slim and
darted or tucked at the top for
smooth, hip fit. Kick pleats front
and back allow easy movement.
Soft tweeds and flannels make
most slim sport skirts, and one
side detail such as flanges or
row-on-row pockets Is a spring

Blouses this spring offer the ut
