MARCH 12, 1954 on Lent with proliferation of chaos, dis order 'and moral bewilderment. Universal peace can be secured only through establishing Christian ideals and practices. , As the Inimitable O. K. Chester ton acutely observed "Christianity has not fnlled . . .' lt has never been tried!" The Increasing popu larity of the philosophy, "non impedire," or toleration in regard to moral transgression, is theo logically not plausible. Christian ob ligation hardly ends with endeavors for self-perfection, but lt is through these efforts that we Increase our capacity for efficacious dlsemlna tlon of the World of God. As lay apostles of, Jesus Christ, We must exert an unrelenting effort to abide by the laws of God as concerns our Immortal personal souls and extend those efforts to the spiritual benefaction of mankind.
