A SPRING WEDDING is planned by bride-elect Florence Ger
trude (Flossie), daughter of. Mrs. Joseph Calhoun and the late
Joseph Calhoun, 2504 Reclamation. Her fiance is William C.
; Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Stewart, Kirk. Plorence
is a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy; her husband-to-be
recently returned from four years in the Navy Air Force.

announce the engagement of their daughter, Evelyn, to WiU
liam Gilpatriclc, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hal B. Gilpatrick, Broad
bent, Oregon. Bride-elect, a graduate of Medford High School,
at present with the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Com
pany; Gilpatrick, a graduate of Myrtle Point High School
is now a student at OTI. A spring wedding is planned.
' ILDA BRITTON . . . bride-elect of Maynard Hricziscse. She
is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Cochran, Bonanza;
and the prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Peter Hricziscse, also Bonanza. No date has been set for the
wedding; Maynard is still serving with the Navy in Japan.
