Women of the Moose at which 34 co-workers were present, r-'ga Bradshaw, acting senior regent, presided. Other chairs were filled by past regents, Rose Van Meter, senior, regent; Leta Stolt, junior regent; Louisa Icenbice, chaplain. Afternoon & Evening No Cover No Minimum St.- Augustine's Church In Mer lill was the scene of the wedding of Marjorie -Zwanzlger to William H. Moore, January 23, In a 2 p.m. service read by the Rev. John Fhelan. The bride Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Siwiinziger, Weed, and her father gave her in mar riage. Bridegroom's ' parents are Mr. and Mrs. . William T. Moore, 334 North Fourth Street. White gladioli and blue Iris were used for church flowers; two vases at the altar and two at the railing. The attractive brunette bride wore the same gown worn by her sister Alma, for her -wedding to Dale Burtis. The gown was made of marquisette with six inch in serts of lace In the skirt with a ruf fle at the hemline extending into a brief train. The bodice featured a marquisette round ' necked yoke outlined in lace and a ruffle of the marquisette. The sleeves, puffed at the shoulder, tapered to tne wrists and were topped with an extenu ation of the yoke ruffling. A lace crown outlined in seed pearls held the fingertip veil of il lusion. The bridal bouquet was crescent - shaped of white chrysanthemums centered with stephanotls and pink rosebuds. Her only attendant -was her sis ter, Mrs. Dale Burtis, who wore a pale blue faille waltz length dress styled with a boat neckline and small collar. Her small hat was of the same blue. She carried a crescent-shaped bouquet of pink carnations. , Best man was Thomas (Tommy) Green; and ushers were Teddy Green and William Cheyne. Mrs. Zwanzlgar wore a soldier blue dress with navy accessories to her daughter's wedding; and her corsage was of pink camel lias. A navy blue suit was 'chosen by Mrs. Moore; and with It she wore pink accessories and a pink camellia corsage. K reception was at the home of the bridegroom's parents. Pouring were Katie Lake and Ruth O'Con nor (the latter from Tulelake). Mrs. Roger Zwanzlger, sister-in-law of the bride from Weed, and Evelyn Hesketh, Hillsboro, cut the cake. Mary Gillln carried the guest book. - v For tile honeymoon trip to bos Angeles, the bride wore a rose dress, navy blue coat, a small white hat and matching gloves. They are now at home 51S Ala meda. Mrs. Moore is a member of the Henley High -School faculty and Moore Is associated, with his father in tlie Moore and Son Company. Speakers, deputy officers and chairmen -at the banquet were introduced by district No. 4 Com mander Leslie Henry, Cave Junction. Speakers were Department Com mander Dallas Nollsch of Portland, and Department President Lois Erickson of, Estacada. Mrs. Mary Lahr, Ashland, dis trict No. 4 president, introduced guests from other auxiliary units in the district. The conference business meeting of the ' auxiliary and Legion was held at the Memorial Hall, 4th and Klamath at 8 p.m., in separate, ses sions. Local Unit 8 President Lina Mot- schenbacher opened the meeting, ann then turned it over to district No. 4 president, Mrs. Mary Lahr, Asnland who introduced the speak ers for the evening. - Department President Lois Erickson, Estacada was the first speaker, bringing a message to all auxiliary units present regarding Americanism, girls state and civil defense.
