Mystery Burglar
Is Human Fly
NEW YORK lPI Police nnd ot
ficials ot the American Savings
Bank pondered the "case ot the
mysterious burglar" today and
wondered:
1. How he climbed to ft fourth-
door' window of the 42nd street
bank, high above the ground and
far from any ledges or fire escapes
and
2. Why he failed to take any'
thing.
There were no clues, and officials
apparently would have been mv
aware ot tho intruder last night
if he had not set off a burglar
alarm in opening an unlocked door
Inside the bank. - The fourth-floor
window through which he gained
entry was not wired with a bur
glar alarm. '
