Jimmy, Jerry and Johnny, who
reside in Stayton, Oregon, are here
for an Indefinite stay with Lloyd's
mother Mrs. William Thomas.
Holiday visitors at the Douglas
Brumley home are Mrs. Brum
ley's daughter and family, Mr. and
Mrs. Everett Story and daughter
Susie, who live In Newark, Ohio.
Merrill Cub Scouts held their
monthly pack meeting Dec. 17, at
the recreation hall. Eighty Cubs
and their parents attended. Follow
ing a potluck dinner, Santa Claus
passed out candy treats, and each
Cub received a small emblem
plaque. Den mothers, Mrs. Claire
Duncan, Mrs. Ben Hill, Mrs. Lou
Hill, Mrs. Carrie Mat Uon and Mrs.
John Stolt, were presented gifts in
appreciation of their work with the
Cubs. Movies were shown conclud
ing the meeting. Claire Duncan is
scoutmaster, assisted by Tom Chat
burn Jr. The next pack meet
ing is Jan. 28.

home for the holidays. Jack Hen
drlckson arrived Friday from the
University of Oregon and Jim Deg
nan came home Saturday from Bel

the home of her mother and sis
ter Saturday. Mrs.' Kelso and Mae
drove to Warner where they spent
Saturday night and Sunday visiting
Elaine and family.
Mr. and Mrs. John Baxter enter
tained Sunday with a dinner lor her
neohew and his wile, Mr. and
Mrs. Truman Hartzog.
Mr. and Mrs. John Richardson
accomnanied by Mr. and Mrs.
Claude Noble and Dave drove to
Klamath Falls Sunday where they
visited Mr. and Mrs. Ed Owen and
family. The Owens moved to
Klamath Falls only recently from
Fort Bldwell. Mrs. Owen Is the
daughter of the Nobles and a

Their son. Billy Owen, accom
nanied them home where he plans
to spend his vacation with his
grandparents and the Richardsons.

overnight guests last weekend. San

Williams where she will take the
bus to San Jose to spend the holi
days with her son.
