Langslet explains that the zones are: I and 2, up to 150

the shortest regular practicable mail route Is 300 rnlles or mere, the rata -ahall
be the same as for the third tone. '
NOTE. The foregoing amendment of section 84.7 shall be effecdva
October 1, 1953.

turned last week from a trip to
Rosalia, Wash., where she vis
ited with her mother.

live in Madera. Calif., the majority
of the year, moved to their resi

ath Falls following Nygren s recent
death; Mrs. James Nygren, two
daughters and son from Areata

here to attend final rites for Billy
Nygren, who with his older broth
er and nephew, lost his life in a
boat tragedy off the coast of Cali
fornia, Aug. 31. The bodies of the
five other men In the accident are
still unrecovered. -
Fort Rock
trlct was a range survey on the
Rube Long ranch which covered an
area of approximately 30,000 acres.
It consisted of noting the Improv
ing or decreasing ot vegetation on
the soil Mosaic photos had already
been taken and the fence lines are
now being placed on the photo.
The next range surveys will be
on the Derrick ranch at ort Rock
and the Schumacher ranch at 611-
vo Lake.
The board of supervisors for the
39th district are Leonard Pitcher,
Ed Eskelin, Rube Long, of Fort
Rock; Eston Porter, silver Lake.
