Sets Record Gate
SAN FRANCISCO I The 36th
annual East-West charity football
game here last December earned
a record net profit of 6166,741 for
the local Shriners Hospital for
Crippled Children.
William M. Coffman, managing
director of the game, made the an
nouncement. The former high was
$177,000, set the yesr before.
The 36 contests hsve given ap
proximately 61,400,000 to the hospital.
