A 30-year-old Weltchpec. Calif.,
man was jailed last night here
alter he was caught in the Medo
Land Creamery.
He gave his name ss Wlllard
Lewis, and said he escaped nine
days ago from s state hospital at
Cameron. Calif., where he was in
carcerated for armed robbery.
Lewis was booked at the City
Jail for burglary.

ery by V. E. Adams, 1839 Earle,
Medo-Land foreman, and s visitor,
Glenn Lay of Bend, after he had
broken open s vending machine
Lewis was eating a sack of pea
