Yesterday the first renl Indica
tion of winter hit KU. The first
noon dance was sponsored by the
Art club. The dance was an Indi
cation of winter because these
dances are almost always In the
late fall and winter to give the
students something to do. This
first dance was a little different
In that the price was the same for
couples and for the boys who went
stagg, and was advertised as tne

the delegates returned. Pogo Is a
character In the comic strips who

Pogo 'Possum' platform of, "If
you don't like Ike. and Adlai ain't
your guy, go Pogo."
