week's debacle, the Claassen Con

bankruptcy.
Waiting for reorganisation of
the firm, here are this week's

paper, backing students' protests
over officiating at last week's
Idaho - Oregon football game,
demanded Wednesday the game be
caUed "no contest."
At the same time, school of
ficers, noting Pacific Coast Con
ference rules prohibit member
schools from commenting on ath
letic officiating, asked that PCC
officials examine moving pictures
of the game.

The Junior High Midgets knocked
off its second grade school team
Wednesday with a 19-0 win over
Fremont-Roosevelt.
The Midgets scored all their
points in the first half. Joe Lin
man blocked a kick in the first
quarter and Pete Barnhisel recov
ered over the FR goal lor the first
touchdown.
A reverse play from Joe Tawney
to Steve Molatore covered 30 yards
late In the opening chapter and
the Midgets' second score. Butch
Kimpton added the extra point on
a line play.
Tawney set up the second-quar
ter touchdown with a 42-yard punt
return. Dick Dlmbat scored on an
end run.
