settlement of the $1,300,000 tax
claim against Violinist Fritz Kreis

"The excuse that he only knows
how to fiddle and doesn't know how
to keep books is very unsatisfactory
to me and, I am sure, equally
unsatisfactory to the American
taxpayer," Norblad said.
He said these settlements "sim
ply place a heavier tax burden on
the rest of us and certainly don't
make the tatk ol paying our own
