1 egg, beaten
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbi
Vl cup vegetable shortening
Thaw chicken by directions on
package. Dipdrumsticks in beaten
egg. Then roll them in finely
crushed crumbs. Drop in hot
shortening, preheated in skillet.
Fry until golden brown. Pour off
excess shortening, ('over with lid
and place skillet of drumsticks in
moderately slow oven (.heated to
325s F.). Allow to cook 30
minutes. Uncover and let cook 15
more minutes to crisp. Serve hot.
