Relchert, said that the man had
come to the tavern earlier In the
evening drinking beer, but that he
got mad when refused service later.
He went outside and threw rocks
through two window panes. People
in the Uvern chased Relchert down
the road and had him In custody
when Brltton arrived. Relchert
