banking. He was promoted to as

to the Southeast Portland branch

manager and moved to Albany In
1938 to assume managerial duties

til 1948 when he came to Klamath
Falls.
Tisdale is active in many com
munity and civic affairs. He is
present director of the chamber of
commerce and YMCA. 1952 cam
paign chairman of the Red Cross,
and president of the Knife and Fork
Club. He is also a member of the
Oregon chapter of the AIB, Klwan-
Elks, and the American Legion

glaries from Safeway Stores have
confessed, police reported late
Tuesday.
The three are Albert F. Davis.

jail sentence: Charles Junior Em-
erey. 27, Portland; and Alex Beck,

Detectives Bill Brian and Ver
non Tilden said each of the men
had confessed one or more bur,
glaries and burglary attemots.
Cigarettes have been stolen from
