City Police are holding a man
today who has been peddling tools
around town, and suspect that tha
articles are stolen.
However they haven't been re
ported stolen, so the depsrtment
is asking local residents to oheok
up In their cars to see la anything

pliers, screwdrivers and the like
apparently have coma from
automobiles. Also In tha bunch Is

or reclassification on the grounds
that Dr. Rice Is vitally needed
