Although 600,000 ' steelworkers

movement, some dissatisfaction
with the settlement reached last
week was reported. The head of a
Pittsburgh local said his group pro
tested the agreement because it
does not give a uniform wage In

less than half the 195 million dol-
lars appropriated for this purpose

The Federal Security Agency's
Office of Education announced that
a 75 local school districts in 28 states
will share in Monday's allocations.
This federal aid goes to areas
where the school population has
increased far beyond norma
